At Home Builder Buffalo, we like to start all of our collaborations with a client meeting to discuss your lifestyle, how you envision using the home you plan to build, your design goals, and your budget. When possible, we prefer holding those meetings at our office in Buffalo so that we can show you samples of previous projects and introduce you to as many members of the team as possible. Our founder and CEO, likes to meet personally with each new client, too. This personalized service is something we pride ourselves on.
When an in-person meeting isn’t possible for any reason, we also hold initial client meetings either by video chat or by telephone. If we have the initial meeting by telephone, we request that the client pull together some inspiration images so that we can get a sense of the client’s visual goals for the house. A Pinterest board is just fine, as is an email with pictures attached or a link to a file-sharing service like Dropbox or Google Drive where we can view pictures you’ve saved.
